Tomorrow is Domingo de Resaca here in Alicante ("hangover Sunday"). Around 
mid-day I went down to the Mercado Central to buy a leg of lamb for tomorrow's 
dinner. On the square behind the market it was clear why tomorrow is called 
what it is:
