To rephrase, "There is no distinction made between new or used Lithium-ion
batteries", which is to say that all Lithium-ion (Li-ion) batteries - either
in isolation, with equipment or installed in equipment - are prohibited.

if "This includes lithium ion/" ( see above) isn't LI -ion, what is it ?
