'Other' is pretty neutral and politically correct. I'm getting ready
to move back to drive on the 'right' side of the road!

Ps - I like your corruption of 'mainland' to 'main land'!
Reminds me of an exchange rate website I looked at today, where the
pound was listed as the 'Great British Pound'. Probably exactly
correct (symbol is GBP) but it's not usually spelled out like that.
