I haven't really kept count yet - I do know that the Oly battery lasts much
longer than the 3rd-party one does, but since it's rated for a lower mAh,
that's to be expected. I'll charge one up fresh and try to count.
I believe that there are a lot of contributing factors - how much you use
the zoom, how much you use IS, the LiveView...
Next week I'm going down to spend three days with my dad (he's fighting
cancer - want to get as much time in with him as I can). I will bring both
lenses, but will probably use the 20/1.7 most of the time. I'll start with
a fresh battery and see. I wouldn't be using the little popup flash - if
anything, I'd pull out the FL-50 with the Fong salad bowl on it.
