Here in Phoenix we have zero immediate passenger train service. You have
to drive down to Casa Grande or up to Flagstaff to catch one.
At Charles de Gaulle in Paris you have immediate access to the RER (Paris
overground) as well as the TGV. A good example of a fully integrated
transportation system, despite any shortcomings it may have.
