As somebody else mentioned, the 85/2 is likely the most radically
altered lens throughout the production life of any Zuiko. There is
very little similarity between the early and late models.
What's kinda odd is that the 85/2 and 100/2.8 took opposite
tragectories in their design. The later 85/2 is a much better lens
than the early, but the 100/2.8 is arguably better in the earlier
models.
Moose will say: "What's this 'better' you speak? Please define
'better' o buddy, pal."
