> What's that "film" stuff you mentioned? Is that a new brand of SD card? Kinda sorta. It's a cylinder-shaped memory card that is a WORM (Write Once Read Many) storage type. Unlike most memory cards, this is considered to be archival. It's a "DDC" as in "Delayed Digital Capture" device. It's a technology that allows you to use pre-gen1 digital cameras in a digital workflow. However, the sensors packed right now are capable of either analog or digital workflow. Highly flexible. -- Ken Norton ken@xxxxxxxxxxx http://www.zone-10.com -- _________________________________________________________________ Options: http://lists.thomasclausen.net/mailman/listinfo/olympus Archives: http://lists.thomasclausen.net/mailman/private/olympus/ Themed Olympus Photo Exhibition: http://www.tope.nl/ |
