Thanks for your kind words, Cedric.
But do not get hung up on equipment--the camera I took on this trip was the
Pentax K5. I figured it would withstand the inclement conditions better than my
M8, and also I knew that there would be a lot after-dark images, where the
vastly superior high ISO performance of the Pentax would be useful.
