I see a number of essential nutrients in this list, particularly potassium
(dehydration, hypertension), magnesium, and zinc (immune system, kidney and
liver functions). Those of you taking daily vitamin supplements should compare
the nutrients provided with the USDA minimum daily requirements. You may be in
for a bit of a surprise, especially with regard to potassium.
