Assuming that you are using the chemical distinction between "organic" and
"inorganic", here's two for starters:
Water
Salt
And if you're applying inorganic chemistry terminology to food, I think my
third would qualify as a staple:
Oxygen
Tina possibly needs a bit of time to grasp the true meaning of "curmudgeon",
given that you have been away for so long. Looks like you are doing your
best to get her up to speed as soon as possible!
