Hmmm, I disagree, Chuck. You drive at your speed limit and you'll be fine*.
The only excuse for being caught speeding is that you did not know the limit
(as with changing limits on that stretch of road in Florida). I was last
caught speeding on a stretch of road where the limit went down to 50mph without
my knowledge. But then that was my fault for not noticing the signs.
I have no sympathy for speeders, myself included. I have even less sympathy
for people who slow for speed cameras, to well below the limit, then accelerate
once past the camera.

have taken this to mean 10% at 70mph as well . . .
