Not always, but I do find it necessary, given that I'm often surrounded by
idiots.
I'm presently locked in struggles with one government department, a vehicle
insurer and a car rental company.
I do so love firing off extremely polite and reasonable letters pointing out
their idiocies and inadequacies. :-)
As to the E-M5, I loved many things about it and found other things, such as
menu navigation, very annoying compared to my E-P2. But friends think it
wonderful and I may come around at some point. At present my carry around is a
Sony RX100 and it's doing very well for me.
