I use Skype frequently to talk with my son, who is a missionary in in Cambodia.
It has been a long time since we have had any voice delay.

Agreed! That's why I'm happy to spend three cents a minute to talk to my
82-year-old Mom rather than using Skype for half of that, because on Skype, we
spend half our time saying, "Whadyusay?"
