My recommendation also is to buy on ebay from Big_IS who is the seller
of item 400331370121.

I have either 4 or 5 adapters (I can't recall exactly). All of them fit
very well to my Canon 5D. Every single one of them also makes a proper
fit on all of my OM Zuiko lenses. However, I have 3 non-Zuiko OM mount
lenses (Viv S1 90/2.5 macro and 1:1 adapter, Soligor CD 35-70 and
another I can't recall) that fit only the first adapter I ever bought (6
years ago when ebay adapters were $100) and the last adapter I bought
(the Big_IS adapter above).
To be sure, the Big_IS adapter still fits those same 3 recalcitrant
lenses quite snugly but it does fit. It also provides a good,
programmable autofocus confirmation chip. None of these things are
stainless steel like the high quality adapters but, they are chrome
plated brass instead of aluminum (like some) and, at USD 14, (3 less
than I paid a year ago) they represent excellent value. Buy one and try
it out. Then, if you like it and it fits all your lenses buy several
more so you have one for every lens you intend to use on the Canon. Get
some more Canon rear lens caps (also cheap on ebay) and leave the
adapters on the lens so there is minimal wear on those brass surfaces.
If you finally decide you'd like the high priced spread (about USD 175
without focus confirmation) just throw the cheap ones away. You'll not
have wasted much in between.
