Content aware fill. I think it's in CS5. Pretty sure of it. Lasso tool,
surround offensive element, right click, click fill, make sure it's set to
content aware, and click again. If you don't like it, keep messing with it
until you get something you like. I'm e-mailing you off list a version of the
shot I did. It took about five times with content-aware fill before I got
something I considered acceptable.
