Reading Watanabe's words more carefully, I may have mis-represented his
position - he did not mention a "new 4/3 body", merely "a body to deliver
the focusing performance expected by users of the Top Pro lens series". That
must be a reference to the limited range of 4/3 lenses compatible with
Imager AF - CD AF. Maybe he means a m4/3 body capable of PD AF?

Subject: [OM] E-7? was OM-D List? [was --Favorite Defrag Program?]
Hmm, didn't seem to get posted. Sorry if it is dupe.
Makes perfect sense to leverage all the R&D done for OM-D so the expensive
stable of FT lenses have a better home. I saw this too as well as rumors
for a MFT 12-60mm
f2.8-4 that is no longer but a bit fatter than the current 12-50 perhaps to
be announced at Photokina. Reliable source was stated as origin but no
confirmation anywhere so who knows. Also rumored is a Full Frame NEX.
