[OM] Nathan's PAD 4/8/2012: interval training

Yesterday afternoon, just about at the hottest part of the day, my son did some 
interval training in the nearby park: 30 seconds spring, 1 minute jog, repeat 
11 times. I was there with my M8 and 50m Summilux:
