At first glance, I thought it was soft. But really, it's a little underexposed
and has low contrast. The top third or so
of the histogram is empty. Local edge contrast is low too. I don't know what
combo of exposure, lens and light did those
things.

A little NR and deconvolution also helps bring out the detail the lens captured.
