These have the advantage of being able to provide a roof-level
inventory platform. However, they have the distinct disadvantage of
requiring a somewhat flat location adjacent to the building. Most
roofing companies around here, with multiple crews, have a couple
different types of lifts and will use the appropriate one for the
building being worked on.

I did enough roofing as a teenager to know that I really wanted to
have an indoor job far away from any ladder.
