Hi Brian,
Thanks for the kind words. Yes, the red nose belongs to what the Americans
call the Texan, and most overseas customers called Harvards. They provide a
lot of noise, accompanied by red, white, and blue smoke, at many airshows.
The jet on the right in the final photo is a Lockheed T-33 trainer, the
first popular jet trainer in this country. The owner currently uses a
bright red one in his "Red Knight" airshow routine. I'm not sure what his
plans are for this one.
