As said, zinc-air batteries consume themselves fairly rapidly with, I 
would assume, a declining output voltage.
A couple of years ago, I converted my Luna Pro to silver bttys (SR44 x2) 
by purchasing a proper conversion kit from
Bogen Photo Corp.  I think that they currently have marketing (or 
support) rights to Luna Pro.
  It is a simple "drop-in" kit that uses 2 SR44 silver cells.  The kit 
number from them is 4145 and, at the time,  was
about $25.
