This is Siverfast HDR.
<http://www.silverfast.com/show/silverfast-hdr/en.html> It's nothing
but 16 bits/channel output stored as a TIFF "raw" file with the file
being usable again for "raw" file input without re-scanning the film.
Fancy name but same thing as VueScan does... just storing raw scanner
output data.
They're using the name to sort of imply its HDR but just having more
bits per pixel doesn't increase dynamic range.
