[OM] John Hermanson intro for the OM newbies

Had to go to web archive for curtain pattern image as the site seems 
defunct.  There is a separate meter circuit for the VF meter.  Perhaps 
John or someone can clarify the OTF vs Off the curtain reading.  I 
recall John mentioning that he installed a center weighted curtain on 
at least one 2N---a Nat. Geographic cam.
