Thanks, Ken!
Glad things aren't so "brand specific", for I just realized I've recently been
experimenting with a 200/f4 Micro-Nikkor on my E3, as well!
My questions are directed at those who have and OM-D/e-m5 (if anybody does) and
are as follows:
1) I know that the ability to automatically switch between the back panel
display and the viewfinder display is highly valued, by many. However, I have
no interest in P&S style shooting, and want to turn the back panel display OFF
(unless I want to chimp or use a menu there), thus using the eye level EVF
nearly all the time.
Is this possible?
2) With my E3, I now require the use of a +3 diopter eyepiece/eyecup, in
addition to the +2 diopter adjustment built into the camera. I see the OM-D
has the same +2 limit. Has anyone here had experience modifying the e-5m's
eyecup with a custom, supplementary lens? (It seems such an item is not
available from Oly.)
That should do it, for now....
Many thanks, for any and all sage advice.
Best regards,
David.
