Wow. Ever since you got that 35/3.5 lens your flower photos have taken a
giant leap forward. The angle and intensity of the light has also made a
distinct difference, giving just the right amount of shadow to highlight the
fine features such as petal texture.
Myself, I just acquired a Tamron SP 35-80mm f/2.8-3.8 and I'm seeing a
similar improvement, mainly due to the easier focusing and handling. There's a
bit of a story associated with this lens, but basically I got it for a mere $35
with the OM mount adapter.
