Yes, it's sometimes hard to concentrate on your photography when 
surrounded by the beauty of the subject.  And wives impatient with other 
than snapshot photography can impede success as well.  :-)

The discussion of the north rim of the canyon reminded me that I have 
about 250 photos of same taken in October 2008 which I have never 
processed.  Many are panos.  I shall have to get to some of them and at 
least post the yellow and gold of the trees on the approach.

ps:  Like Chris I never found the "glitch" in the Monument Valley pano.
