That's all there is AFAIK. No reason the Magic Lantern developers
couldn't rig a AEL lock too, but I don't think the current hack for OM
5DII has that feature.
They were looking to port to 5D classic though less useful w/o LV. I
haven't checked on the progress in a few months.
