No, I wasn't there today. Just reminded by the talk about landscapes of how I like seeing them from the air, too. On our way to Montana last fall, we flew right over Mt. Shasta. <http://galleries.moosemystic.net/MooseFoto/index.php?gallery=California/Miscellaneous&image=IMG_2116croof70.jpg> Close up, you can see the trails in the snow. <http://galleries.moosemystic.net/MooseFoto/index.php?gallery=California/Miscellaneous&image=IMG_2116cr2oof70.jpg> On the way home, a different angle, different light - a big mountain throwing a big shadow. <http://galleries.moosemystic.net/MooseFoto/index.php?gallery=California/Miscellaneous&image=IMG_2220oof80.jpg> Just to give a more normal perspective, here's what it looks like from the ground, looking South. <http://galleries.moosemystic.net/MooseFoto/index.php?gallery=California/Miscellaneous&image=_MG_1672oofm.jpg> -- What if the Hokey Pokey *IS* what it's all about? -- _________________________________________________________________ Options: http://lists.thomasclausen.net/mailman/listinfo/olympus Archives: http://lists.thomasclausen.net/mailman/private/olympus/ Themed Olympus Photo Exhibition: http://www.tope.nl/ |
