I agree.  It's hard to see it in this small web image but a modest size 
print would, I think, bring it to life by adding details on the ground 
and in the clouds.  I hadn't thought of such a fine description as "an 
infinity of flatness" but it certain fits much of Indiana and other 
parts of the mid-west.
