It's not a mind shift - even the best and most enthusiastic teacher has a lot
of Wednesday afternoons - and 'Jasons'.
( In joke - boys with J names like Jason, Jarryd, etc. and girls with misspelt
names...)
But essentially, it's just a job and your Principal will reward the worker
bees, not the visionaries.
