That's actually US 95 in the west not I95 (the Interstate highway 95) which runs up the east coast. I don't know what it is about that road that causes it to be called I95 since even the locals in Las Vegas (including my father) call it I95 rather than US 95. Probably because most of them have never driven on I95 in the east. US highways that run north/south are numbered starting from the east coast and have increasing numbers as you go west. Interstate highways have opposite numbering supposedly to prevent such confusion.
