The 64-200mm f4 Zuiko zoom for the OM System did macro at the 200mm
position that was pretty good. I shot these when I was 15 years old using
that lens in its macro mode:

It sucks that this lens model was afflicted with the foggy internal
element. Mine has it and is unusable now, and of course it cannot be
fixed. :(
