When zoomed all the way back, there is probably supposed to be a large 
screw head visible through a hole in the zoom ring (under the rubber). 
Screw head rides in a track inside the zoom ring. It is possible screw 
has come out of the track or come unscrewed from the zoom tubes. If 
unscrewed (or broken off) it would be rolling/rattling around. I have 
never worked on the Olympus but it is similar to Tamron 70-200.
