Hi Joel,
I think that you'll find with the 5D and Lightroom you have the choice of
using the standard Adobe profile as a starting point or the profile set in
the camera such as Landscape, Fateful, etc. If I remember correctly Adobe
has only developed matching profiles for Canon and Nikon cameras.
