I'm sorry to hear about the toe-rags and nutters. I had thought that NZ was
relatively free of that sort, and it's a pity that you have a mechanism to
swell their numbers :-)
There's a lot to be said for remote areas, but not if part of the population is
of an anti-social inclination.
