I find mechanical stuff to be as unreliable as electrical stuff, oftentimes.
But indeed, the fuji's beauty is in it's simplicity. For added challenge, I
almost always never bother bringing a meter when I use that camera. With
print film, and a good eye, estimated metering works out pretty well.
