I think you don't need a fast computer, I'm using core 2 duo 3.06GHz and
100Mpbs wired LAN connection. The upload and download speeds is more related
to the site you connected and public traffic. Now I got 92.69/87.29Mbps as
the network is not so busy in the morning.
