Well, there is interesting fallout over the ATT/TMobile thing this
morning, but that's another story. Let's just say that the game
playing is in full-force.

I really doubt that your ADSL connection is 100Mbps. Your LAN
connection from your computer to the modem is 100Mbps (or less if you
use wireless), but your access circuit to the provider is probably no
higher than 10Mbps. If you are getting just 2Kbps, then something is
broken. That's just not right.
