You maybe recall that E-300 and E-330 (only those bodies AFAIK) require some
additional surgery, Chris. I can't say I have tried it myself (although I
would were the right lens to present itself), but
http://www.rokkorfiles.com/olympus.htm is pretty convincing, I hope you
agree.
Would the "somewhat unique" MC/MD lens be characterised by the letters VFC,
by any chance? If so, I would be most pleased to see any results. I missed
a pair of them over this side of the pond a few months back.

Subject: [OM] Minolta MC/MD Adapters
I was looking at a somewhat unique lens on eBay this morning that has a
Minolta MC or MD mount. I had always thought that Minolta lenses could not
be used on Olympus digital bodies, but I found that a number of adapters are
available, such as #400064811027 which is described as allowing the lens to
be focused to infinity.
I'm a bit apprehensive about trying to use a Minolta MC/MD lens due to
my prior understanding. Has anyone here ever done so?
Chris
