Thanks for those, Nathan. I was in London the day of the strike, but not until
the evening, for a ceremonial occasion in Senate House (University of London).
I do like Bath, although I haven't been there for a while. I remember well the
first time i took a girl to a hotel in that fine city; I didn't dare ask for a
double room, times being as they were then . . .
Let me know when next you are in London (or Cambridge) and I'll buy you an
appropriate beverage or 2.
