I don't normally much appreciate abstracts but "Looking out from my
office" I find very attractive. Also, you should have tried the wild
boar suasage. My neighbor in Florida (a Canadian) shot a boar last year
about 10 miles north of Palmetto. He held a "boar roast" for the
neighbors but also had much of the meat done up as sausage (southern
style) by a local butcher. It was superb! But, IIRC, there was some
pork fat thrown in the mix to compensate for the very lean wild boar.
