I thought perhaps the "apparent" exposure difference might be due to 
vignetting in one of the lenses.  But I've gone back and compared the 
Zuiko and the Zeiss images again and the Zeiss image seems pretty 
uniformly brighter across the field of view.  It's not a center only thing.
