I wasn't trying to make it 'good' in the conventional sense. NeatImage can
clean it up the noise a lot, though. Even the
free version should do that, but you've got to get down and dirty with the
sliders. :-)

I was responding to my own feeling that it was more like a painting than a
photo once the noise was gone and to Chuck
and Wayne's suggestions in the same vein.
As I said before, the noise reminded me of Seurat and the composition and
tonalities of Hopper. So I played around with
those ideas.
