Finally got around to setting up a Picasa account so I could share some of
my photos. Here's a photo of a Cardinal Flower that I took two weeks ago:

This little fellow just begged to be photographed. I was walking along a
small stream and he jumped up on the boulder, letting me get within a foot of
him.
This is a parasitic plant know as Burro Weed Strangler:

This plant is very dark coloured and was found on a bed of light-coloured sand
in full sun. Taking this photo required setting up full shade and then using
fill flash.
