There's no "one size fits all" type of installation on this sort of thing,
precisely because servers can vary so much. The closest thing is something
like a Redhat RPM install, with php and mysql already compiled and installed
with apache and the OS. It's much easier to get apache/mysql/php playing
nicely on a unix box, vs. windows. No one installs that stack on windows
unless they have no choice, in my experience.
