I went back and forth between the two machines, checking and
double-checking each and every setting. Going between all of the IE6 and
IE7 formats did not change a thing. It's very likely that eBay changed the
display to a higher level of HTML that is transparent by default with
Win98SE but not with WinXP. Leave it to the IT nerds to make a mess out of
something that works.
Anything digital, give it a good bash!
