A real collectible and very hard to find. When I left Olympus and
worked for a retail repair shop, a woman came in one day and GAVE the
owner a boxed Ektra set with 2-3 lenses. Her husband had died and she
didn't need it. Sid had always wanted one, but thought he'd never have
one. I hope he never tried to work on it. Sid always thought that even
having a soldering iron was too high tech for his shop. The only camera
tech I ever knew who regularly tried to use vice grips to repair things.
Really. My common refrain: "you can't send it back to the customer
that way...."
