Thanks. That one does the trick. But I have to admit to being confused
as I did not recognize the "open as" dialog which is the same as the
"save as" dialog. It took a second or third try before it sunk in that
I was essentially claiming that a JPEG was a raw file. A bit bizarre
but yes, it will open a JPEG in ACR.
