There exists a fine solution for OM glass on nikon bodies:  Leitax mounts.
I've installed a couple of these for a friend, and they are nicely
engineered and well made. If you want to use OM on Nikon, these are the way
to go. (I converted an OM 18/3.5 and 35/shift to Nikon for a friend who
shoots a D700).
