I don't know what you're talking about.  I don't see anything in your 
link that indicates difficulty uninstalling.  But neither have I ever 
tried to uninstall it nor has any other security product asked me to 
shut it down or uninstall it.

I don't run any of the indicated products that supposedly have 
difficulty with Spybot.  I've used it for many years.  Never had a problem.
